ALEXANDRE W K SEMARINYOTA

 

Alexandre W.K. Semarinyota

Holds a degree in development studies(1st class honors) Makerere University; Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA), School of government, Sydney University Australia; plus several diplomas and certificate level qualifications.

He was the technical head of the Rwanda Decentralization Agenda from initial  (2000) for more than 7 years and has worked as an independent consultant- trainer to the world Bank ; has also worked on short term management and governance assignments for the government of Rwanda/UNDP as well as some NGO’s

He is one of the founders of Rwanda Association of Real-Estate Brokers (RWAREB) and the 1st elect chairman,  founder and M.D of Dominion Real estate ltd, one of the founders of Rwanda Real Estate Council and continues to work as an independent management and governance consultant.

He is married to Jennifer and has three sons (Blair, Barnabas and Blessings) and one daughter (Belinda).
