PROGRAMMES OVERVIEW

The institute has established different innovative work-based Real Estate study programmes that are aimed at improving the performance efficiency and effectiveness of participants.

They are designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills by offering a quality and flexible training at both individual and organizational level.

These programmes will cover the existing and emerging threats to real estate professional business trends and tools for real estate acquisition, development, management and disposal.

They are arranged in a progressive manner that begins with Foundation, Advanced to Specialist stage of Real Estate Practice. It also caters for individuals whose background is not real estate but intend to work in property profession and those interested in acquiring real estate knowledge
