MAKING YOUR APPLICATION

Application to our programmes can either be made using the online application or picking the forms directly from our offices upon payment of $30 USD

All applications are supposed to be accompanied by a recommendation dully endorsed by an appropriate authority, organisation, employer or an established real estate practitioner.

There is no closing date, but you are advised to apply early enough because programmes fill quickly due to the maximum limit of participants to be admitted.

FEES

Course fees are given on the relevant course pages in this prospectus. Fees are reviewed annually and will cover tuition, training materials and VLE. Some programmes carry varying amounts of tuition in accordance with their respective requirements at a given time and location.

  1. Foundation Certificate in Real Estate Practice =$ 186
  2. Advanced certificate in Real Estate Practice = $ 256
  3. Real Estate Specialist Designation = $ 320

SPONSORSHIPS

Few bursaries exist at the institute where special arrangements can be made to consider those who apply and qualify as provided under the sponsorship scheme criteria. The scheme is designed to help participants with financial challenges and is in form of discounted fees for the duration of the course. The closing date to apply for a sponsorship is two months prior to the course start date.

  2. Advanced certificate in Real Estate Practice = $ 50

DISCOUNTS

The institute also offers the following discounts:

Advance Saver Rate:2 months before the start date  (20% Discount)

Early Bird Rate: 1 month before the start date (15% Discount)

Group applicants Rate: 3 and more    (10% Discount)

Payment for the Course and Examination Fees

Fees payment form is available on the VLE and can be filled in accordance to the preferred options.

REFUND POLICY AND GUARANTEE

In the most unlikely even the institute has to withdrawal course before it is completed, the participants will be given a full refund of fees. In certain circumstances where a participant wants to withdraw, it should not be later than two weeks before the start of the course. If an applicant cannot find a replacement no refund will be made.
